What a refreshing experience! Our sales rep Kevin asked very helpful questions, listened to our needs and wants and never made us feel pressured. More importantly, we loved that he focused on the benefits and features of Sleep Number and not on selling against other products. We would recommend him to anyone who has been out of the mattress world for a while!

We purchased a bed from this location 2 years ago. We'd been having issues with our bed and made attempts to call the service number but weren't pleased with the results. We decided to drop by the store since we were in the area and ask a rep. It was a long shot, but the rep was very informative and helped us with our problem. Thanks for making this a great experience.
