I was so excited to get my new Sleep Number Mattress! After just 1 hour laying on it my lungs started hurting. Taking a deep breath became painful, then I got a headache and my eyes were burning. I noticed the mattress was emitting an odor similar to paint. I contacted customer support who kept forwarding me to a supervisor who would then just disconnect my call. excellent in-store experience -- even got to test drive the 'Maserati'. Joshua's customer service was warm, friendly & most important knowledgable. I left happy with my new pillowFit & can't wait to get some incredible sleep. It was everything I've come to expect with Sleep Number.
My wife, 1 year old son and I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Joshua to select our bed. He greeted us with a smile, was so helpful with our son and proceeded to walk us through our options. He was informative and very friendly, even stepping out to buy us some pastries as we checked out options. This was an amazing shopping experience and would hope that anyone shopping at Sleep Number has the opportunity to work with Joshua.
