My husband and I had a very positive experience with Dain. He was extremely knowledgeable and was not just trying to "make a sale". The location was very easy to find. We did buy a bed and are expecting it tomorrow. The delivery team has done a great job on keeping me informed and sending reminders with my time frame.
Our bed was dismantled due to house repairs and afterwards we couldn’t get it to work. I spoke with Dane at the San Luis Obispo store and he very kindly walked me through all the steps to restart everything. He was great!
Store manager, Dain, was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure working with him. Purchased a 2nd sleep number bed for the guest room today. They are so comfy!
