Paid so much money on this bed, then have to make adjustments on it and we get charge $250.for a little adjustments. That is unacceptable.
Beware of return fees!!! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and in 2026 they changed their beds, unfortunately it was very uncomfortable to me. I returned it immediately and they charged me 318.00 for something I used 1 night. They offered to take 100.00 off the 418.00 delivery and pick up fees.
Charley was great to work with. No pressure to buy stuff we didn't ask about, he offered upgrades but when we declined, that was it, no pressure what's so ever. One of the best buying experiences I've ever had.
Ben was very helpful in demonstrating and explaining how the bed works on a person’s pressure points. I went to the store with knowledge of the specific bed I wanted so I appreciated he did not try to sell me on another bed. Ben was very professional and friendly. I am anxiously awaiting my delivery.
