Years ago we had a Sleep Number bed. It was great. Just recently, we said we needed a new bed and opted for a sleep Number once again. Ben took very good care of us at the store in Denton, TX. We found the perfect mattress for us and Ben answered all our questions. We highly recommend Sleep Number and Ben.
Exceptional customer service! Charley is a great guy to learn the options and differences of a Sleep Number bed. And he's got a cool mustache! He walked us thru everything in a genuine, nice manner. No pressure to buy but he's got a fantastic product. We really enjoyed the experience and we're looking forward to the next 15 years of amazing sleep.
Cam is the definition of what a salesperson should be. He was attentive even with other customers he was working with, extremely knowledgeable about structure, support, sleeping positions, you name it. The best part? He LETS THE CUSTOMER MAKE THE DECISION. He is not a salesperson, he is a people person. Store has good pricing as well.
