Excellent experience with Charley. No high pressure sales, only education. We told charley our budget. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive bed. He didn’t try to up-sale into something we didn’t want or need. Professionally showed us how the beds worked, gave us option. Politely dismissed himself to give me and my husband time to discuss. We made a decision and purchased. Very comfortable and pleasant experience.
Charley gave us the ultimate experience and found the best mattress for us instead of just going straight to the most expensive option. Highly recommend his expertise!
My experience was unforgettable fantastic!!!! The manager Joel , very welcoming very professional ,kind ,very polite and knows the mattress extremely well, I was very impressed .
