Charley was great to work with. No pressure to buy stuff we didn't ask about, he offered upgrades but when we declined, that was it, no pressure what's so ever. One of the best buying experiences I've ever had.
Ben was very helpful in demonstrating and explaining how the bed works on a person’s pressure points. I went to the store with knowledge of the specific bed I wanted so I appreciated he did not try to sell me on another bed. Ben was very professional and friendly. I am anxiously awaiting my delivery.
Charley was the person who helped us with our mattress and he was so helpful! Didn’t feel like he was selling us anything and was even happy to spend extra time trying out beds that were way out of our price range just to show the technology of the mattress because he was excited out them! A wonderful place to shop for a mattress!
Charley was very informative about the product and showed us the static samples then put us in the beds to try with different settings. Great experience just waiting to get the new bed set up next week.
