Exceptional customer service! Charley is a great guy to learn the options and differences of a Sleep Number bed. And he's got a cool mustache! He walked us thru everything in a genuine, nice manner. No pressure to buy but he's got a fantastic product. We really enjoyed the experience and we're looking forward to the next 15 years of amazing sleep.
Cam is the definition of what a salesperson should be. He was attentive even with other customers he was working with, extremely knowledgeable about structure, support, sleeping positions, you name it. The best part? He LETS THE CUSTOMER MAKE THE DECISION. He is not a salesperson, he is a people person. Store has good pricing as well.

We are returning Sleep Number customers and our bed is well over 10 years old. So, we wanted to upgrade because I have severe back problems. Charley did an excellent job explaining everything about the bed, all the features and best of all he had a wonderful personality.
