While the service at this Sleep Number store was ok, I cannot recommend Sleep Number beds to anyone. They advertise a 25 year warranty so assuming you'd be able to have your bed covered for 25 years. What they dont tell you is that its a limited warranty and each year, the amount they will cover decreases. I paid $7000 for this bed in 2019 then in 2023, i had to replace the air chamber. Had the bed 5 years , the air bladder has a leak now , they charge $500 for a new air bladder , the sales person who sold the bed kept saying life time warranty , over and over , I called the tech line and told the tech I won’t be recommending anyone to get an air bed again , and the tech hung up on me . $5,000 dollar bed that now has a hole in it and only place to get a new bladder is sleep number ,
This place is amazing I took a 2 hour nap and it was sooooo nice

The whole journey to find a new mattress was made that much easier by Chasity. Highly recommend the shopping experience in Bloomington.
