Faisal did a great job
Terrible support experience. Air chamber popped twice. They charged $400 to replace it each time. This is a $10000 bed and it malfunctioned twice. The warranty is total BS. Beware. Sleep number totally gaslights you about the warranty.
We went into this store looking to get information on the sleep number beds. Cadio provided us with everything we wanted to know about the beds. We tested several options but settled with the Climate360. I would highly recommend visiting this store if you’re in the market for a new bed.
