I was looking at buying two sleep number beds, until I read the review from Mr. William Matterson, no reply back from a manager and to screw over a Veteran is uncalled for, the second review from Sugar and John Schmitt, store replied, in short they will correct the problem, not corrected yet. I'll move on, not worth wasting my money on an inferior made mattress with broken promises to the consumer, especially a Veteran!!
So far the experience has been solid. Quinn was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Look forward to receiving the bed next week.
