Logan was amazing! He did a great job helping us understand what we were doing. Joseph was also great in helping us as well.
I did a quick survey, and filled in request for more information. I received a text message back from Logan and had a back and forth text conversation. I really appreciated that he was willing to answer my questions via text, instead of immediately calling me. Once I felt comfortable with our conversation. Joseph was great to work with! He took his time to make sure we got the product we wanted without being pushy or trying to make sure we just bought something expensive. I could not have had a better shopping experience!
We got a mattress from there and while the guys were nice we didn't like it after a week and we told them we didn't want it and u have 100 days to decide but they didn't tell us it's 500 dollars if u decide I don't want to keep it so I am not very happy with sleep number as a whole I won't be back
We have had our sleep number bed for about 2 years now. I am SO ready to get rid of it. We purchased a split king adjustable bed and at first it was nice to be able to adjust each side. It's not worth it. The bed collapses in the middle so you feel like you're sliding into the middle of the bed, or the crack as I call it. We have small children and if they try to get in bed with us it's very cramped from having one kid on the same side as you.
