ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS STORE!!! I’m not a huge sleep number bed fan but will never buy sheets and pillows ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Logan and Jon ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! Logan went above and beyond to assist us with moving our bed when we were in a time crunch. I called him only seeking some small pieces for the bed that we misplaced and needed for the move. Logan not only helped us with those, he had instructions for disassembling printed off for me when I got there to pick the pieces up. He also took the time to go over the disassembly/reassembly process on one of the beds on the showroom floor. Have had my bed about a year. I'm extremely happy with my bed and I'm thankful for the salesman that I had. His name was Logan. I believe he explained everything to me. He made me feel very comfortable about buying the bed and he showed me all the good things about it and he was right everything they told me came true and I certainly appreciate his knowledge of the bedding and other types of bedding so you really helped me out so that's why I bought it. Thanks again. I love my bed.
After Waiting 6 weeks our delivery was delayed by one week with no notification until the day of delivery. Then I had to initiate a call to the store to make sure the delivery would make it the following week. Horrible customer service. They just care about moving beds. We have purchased two from them and will never purchase another one
Stay away from this store. Their service is absolutely horrible. We waited 6 weeks on a bed with a confirmation of delivery on May 6th only to find out the morning of May 6th that deliver would be moved out another week. Would not waive the deliver fee or provide any compensation. Stay far away from this store!
