Quick delivery and very professional. Absolutely LOVE our ComfortNext with adjustable base thus far. Slept a total of 11 hrs the first night! However, I gave 4 stars due to the sleep number setting having trouble increasing when I am in bed (I am 218lbs) and the pump can't handle the load. For example, If I go from 35 to 40 it drops to 20 instead. Easy fix to get out of bed for the time being but not ideal. Paid 9k for a bed and on day one it leaks down every night. Iv called in 3 times over the past year and i get told i will have to do all these different test to find out where it is leaking. Not being lazy i paid 9k for your bed but i run a company to and when our customers have problems with out services we dont make them find issues there self we send someone out to take care of the problem we caused. I recently purchased my king size mattress, and Tina was my sales rep at the Athens location. She assisted me with the greatest experience throughout the entire process!
