I was greeted immediately by store manager Robin Patterson upon entering the store. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly. She answered all of my questions eagerly and made the sales experience pleasant and fun. I highly recommend Robin and her team if you are in the market for a mattress.
My Mom and I visited the Madison Sleep Number Store today. Robin and Shawana were absolutely wonderful to work with. Mom has special health needs making her have a very difficult time trying to sleep. These 2 ladies helped Mom to find her most comfortable bed and the perfect settings for her to finally get a great night's sleep. We were so pleased with our visit. Lee was so great getting us set up with the perfect model bed for us. We spent over two hours in the store, and he was nothing but patient, fun, and helpful!
I have had a hard time finding a solution to all my elderly parents sleep needs! I call myself doing all the research and came up with the sleep number bed as my choice. I can’t get them to a store physically I called and spoke with Lee at the Madison store between Lee and Robin and all the other helpful people there including the delivery team. We now have a winner! Very good experience while in the store. Went in with no intention of buying anything. But everything I was told made since. The comfort was amazing compared to what I had. Lee wasn’t trying to sale me. Something I didn’t need.
