The customer service was top notch! I recommend this location to everyone in the area. Within the first 5 mins of talking with Robin at this Sleepnumber store and telling her our needs, my husband was sound asleep on the mattress she recommended. Our experience with this be Sleep Number Bed Store in Madison was outstanding! Shawn had a lot of knowledge and was very friendly. Her assistant, Danielle helped us pack up and Shawna helped us to the car… I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a Sleep Number Bed this store! The Hunt’s!
Had an amazing experience with Shauna and robin. All the lady’s were wonderful and extremely knowledgeable of the products available. They did not try to push products that weren’t necessary and respected our choices when we decided to opt out.
I enjoyed my visit with Robin at Sleep Number. She was very friendly and informative. She took the time to walk me through the benefits of the mattress. I tried 3 different mattresses. We discussed prices and there was no pressure to buy anything. I looked at other mattresses and came back to buy the Sleep Number mattress. Robin even got in some funny jokes (kind of :-)). The whole process from start to finish was very good. Robin was exceptional in every way.
