I thought I placed an order online and saw the charge on my card, but never received an email. I stopped by the store to find out about my order. After some digging they found that the order didn't actually go through. They helped me pick out what I wanted and got the order taken care of. Thank you
I’m very frustrated with this store’s customer service. We purchased an expensive Sleep Number adjustable bed. It leaked air immediately after installation. We requested installers come back. Despite multiple requests for it to be fixed, they only provide a do it yourself plug kit that doesn’t work. The beds are great. This stores follow up is terrible.
Ask for Ivan he was so good to work with. Great product. Great Service! My wife stays cool I stay warm we stay happy😉
My wife and I were very impressed with the St George,UT Sleep Number Store. Ivan the manager was great help showing us newer beds and accessories. We not only bought 1 mattress but replaced a second mattress at our second home. Thanks Ivan and Ava.
