My husband and I went to Denver Mattress shopping for a new mattress. Logan was our salesman and was very helpful. He explained the differences between the brands and styles of mattresses. We have back issues and Logan explained the features on the different mattresses that would help us the most. He is very professional, courteous and thinking of the customers needs as he helps them. Very good to work with us
I thought I placed an order online and saw the charge on my card, but never received an email. I stopped by the store to find out about my order. After some digging they found that the order didn't actually go through. They helped me pick out what I wanted and got the order taken care of. Thank you
I’m very frustrated with this store’s customer service. We purchased an expensive Sleep Number adjustable bed. It leaked air immediately after installation. We requested installers come back. Despite multiple requests for it to be fixed, they only provide a do it yourself plug kit that doesn’t work. The beds are great. This stores follow up is terrible.
