Went to this store at about 10:30 and the sign said open, but the door was locked. No cars in the parking lot. I'm not sure what's going on but the hours were never changed online, or on the door... somebody should have been there. We drove from Hico to this store because it's the closest one to us. My husband and I are pretty upset over it.
Justin was sooooo awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable on the products and very easy to talk to.
Went in to check out the sale on the cool station that fits in mattresses. The Lady that helped us was so friendly n helpful.. wife got the cooling n heating mechanism, got me a remote for our Bed n also go the wife a Cooling body Pillow.
I love the bed and have had Sleep Numbers for decades. However, this week upon opening the app I was presented with new terms and conditions that I’m forced to accept or decline and logout. The app is the only way to adjust the mattress so I called. I’m told if you logout you will get a new screen to adjust the bed but you can no longer see your sleep data. I had been thinking about getting a new bed for some time just wasnt ready before now. I am a previous owner of a Sleep Number bed but it was very old. Justin was great to work with and help us through the process of finding what bed works best for me and also help with seeing what the best settings would be to start at to help for better sleep. Would totally recommend the crew there and the product.
