I love the bed and have had Sleep Numbers for decades. However, this week upon opening the app I was presented with new terms and conditions that I’m forced to accept or decline and logout. The app is the only way to adjust the mattress so I called. I’m told if you logout you will get a new screen to adjust the bed but you can no longer see your sleep data. I had been thinking about getting a new bed for some time just wasnt ready before now. I am a previous owner of a Sleep Number bed but it was very old. Justin was great to work with and help us through the process of finding what bed works best for me and also help with seeing what the best settings would be to start at to help for better sleep. Would totally recommend the crew there and the product.
Very helpful, listened to what we wanted, showed us the options and explained all the features and benefits. Also very friendly.
Excellent experience. As one who has dealt in sales also, I appreciated Justin's professional approach during this sale. No upsale pressure, He took time to listen to my concerns and pointed out specifics of the various models. As a previous owner (some years ago), I am pleased with the quality of the product. Very glad that I took the time to come back for another look.
The wife and i went in with a problem, laid it all out to Stan the MAN and he solved it same day. Going home with our Sleep Number on the way. Great experience and can’t wait for to sleep in our new bed.
