The two sleep number sales people were awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to experiencing my new mattress.
Micayla did an awesome job explaining all the differences between the vast selection to pick from!!
Jaycee took care of me, and she is seriously the best. She asked the right questions to help me choose the right pillow for my cervical neck pain. She explained clearly the return policy in case it didn’t work for my pain- which was so kind! I love the pillow so much and appreciated that she wasn’t “pushy”, just helpful!
Micayla was great!!! She was excellent and very knowledgeable and made this whole process easy!
Walked in while shopping in the Promenade just to see about a mattress. Greeted by friendly staff. Purchased a whole new bed after trying it out on a whim. Jaycee was patient and no pressure sales Just hope the bed is as great as the customer service and ordering process.
