We were very pleased with the nice selection of beds on display and our salesman Drady was very nice and well trained on the variety of mattresses. Great buying experience.
We bought our sleep number from the Houma La store and it was one of the best experiences ever. Our sales man was amazing he showed us beds in our price range didn’t try to make us buy the most expensive bed ever but found us one that we definitely needed to take home. We walked in not thinking we were purchasing a bed but ended up leaving and having our bed come in 5 days. He showed us how the beds worked and what makes them the best. They have a P5 that u can lay on and it shows all the pressure areas on ur body that hurt ... read more
We went into the store just to browse because we knew we would be needing a mattress soon. Drady Blanchard, salesman, assisted us and provided more information than I could have expected. He was very professional and not pushy at all as I’ve experienced pushy salesmen in the past from various business locations. After several hours snd him even staying late past normal hours. This place is a pathetic way to get a bed....they scamming people into a credit card service...their beds are not worth what u spending money on ...they help, the bed breaks, then ignore you
