I had a great experience working with Jeff when purchasing my new Sleep Number bed. I visited the store twice - once for a quick visit to gather some information and then again when I was ready to make my purchase. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful without ever making me feel pressured. Santana and Fareed were extremely helpful. It felt like shopping with friends not sales associates. I truly felt they had our best interests at hand. We went in just to look and walked out with an investment. Hats off to Sleep Number for assembling such an amazing staff.
Savannah is the hardest working Sales Rep I have ever experienced in TX. She was a joy to work with I will always work with her and Santanna they are very pleasant.
Probably the best buying experience I have EVER had from a commissioned sales person. LITERALLY NO PRESSURE - and just asked question and related to our current situation so that we could find the best bed for us and optimize what we purchased to get the best price/ROI. Keep her around Sleep Number - I’ll come back for your beds, but Brandi will be who I’ll ask for... read more
Very unique shopping experience. Don’t be put off by the warehouse experience. It’s set up to allow you to try all the bed choices and lots of help in explaining choices. We got the firmest mattress and absolutely love it. Also, we bought their inexpensive frame for a king bed and it is SOLID. No creaks or squeaks! Highly recommend!
