I spent $7,000 on a Sleep Number bed less than four years ago, thinking I was investing in a top-quality product with a 15-year warranty. Instead, the bed is already falling apart - multiple parts are broken, and the quality has not lived up to the price. When I tried to use the warranty, I was shocked to learn I had to pay a non-refundable $190 fee just to have a tech to look at it, with no appointment date until I paid. What could have been an overwhelming decision turned into an enjoyable experience because of his expertise and genuine care.
I walked in the door to trouble shoot a small issue I am currently having with my bed only and walked out the door with an order for an adjustable base, 2 new pillows, and a set of sheets! Mandy was my sales person and her customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!! If you need a good bed, Sleep Number is the way to go. I've had mine for 4 years now and have not had any problems with my bed until now and it is a small issue that I am receiving excellent service with trouble shooting/fixing now. Sleep Number is a great bed!!!
