From the moment we met him, he created a calm, no-pressure environment that made us feel completely at ease. He listened, asked thoughtful questions, and helped guide us to the perfect bed without ever making us feel rushed or “sold to.” It honestly felt more like chatting with a friend who genuinely wanted us to sleep better—not just someone making a sale.
Exceptional Service from Dakota! From start to finish, our experience with Sleep Number has been nothing short of amazing—largely thanks to Dakota. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to understand our needs. What could have been an overwhelming decision turned into an enjoyable experience because of his expertise and genuine care.
I walked in the door to trouble shoot a small issue I am currently having with my bed only and walked out the door with an order for an adjustable base, 2 new pillows, and a set of sheets! Mandy was my sales person and her customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!! If you need a good bed, Sleep Number is the way to go. I've had mine for 4 years now and have not had any problems with my bed until now and it is a small issue that I am receiving excellent service with trouble shooting/fixing now. Sleep Number is a great bed!!!
No beds in stock 2-3 week wait for a bed
Customer service in store was great however I wouldn’t buy another sleep number bed to save my life the amount of issues I’ve had with my base is insane I can’t wait to get away from this style of bed
