I spent $7,000 on a Sleep Number bed less than four years ago, thinking I was investing in a top-quality product with a 15-year warranty. Instead, the bed is already falling apart - multiple parts are broken, and the quality has not lived up to the price. When I tried to use the warranty, I was shocked to learn I had to pay a non-refundable $190 fee just to have a tech to look at it, with no appointment date until I paid.
