First off this location is amazing, i lucky had josh the best customer service and attention to every detail i had about the full experience of a sleep number bed. I am glad i had josh to fully disclose everything about the beds. Im glad he knew everything and anything about the bed. While my girlfriend was testing out beds. Thank you josh for an amazing experience.
This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased.I've had this bed for less than a year and it has not worked 90% of the time the app is trash and the build quality is too!! You would be better off buying an air mattress for $60 on Amazon. I spent $2600 on this bed And it wasn't worth a 100. The real shame here is that I've come to the realization that this place has been ripping people off for decades
I really enjoyed visiting this store! Tyler at the Hoffman Estates location along with Josh were truly so helpful and they took time and had incredible patience to help me figure out what bed and pillows worked for me. I would recommend visiting Tyler and Josh for a great experience on finding the right bed!
