I cannot recommend the Missoula Sleep Number store enough. My husband and I needed a new bed and decided to go to Sleep Number on a whim; we didn’t really know what Sleep Number beds were about until we were educated. Not only were the employees super knowledgeable and walked us through everything, but they had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. You can tell these guys actually enjoy what they do. I had many questions, when I called, about the new mattresses. I have owned the same Sleep number bed for 32 years and needed something smaller with more than the basics. I started looking 3 yrs ago talking with Kyle, but he had left the store when I called and the sale ended that day so talked with Will. He was very very helpful explaining each upgrade and the changes over the years. I certainly recommend the store in Missoula and Kyle and Will.

Matt provided exceptional customer service. We got there just before closing and he took all the time we needed to and didn’t rush through anything even though we caused him to stay late. He was knowledgeable about all of the products and helped us pick the mattress that was right for us.
