Pamela gave us the space to try the mattresses without hovering over us and answered our questions with the wisdom of many years of experience without pressure. This was the third sleep number store we visited (We were struggling to get a good match for two very different preferences.) The Glenn Mills store was the best experience of all of them. Highly recommended.
I bought a mattress, in a week had to have it replaced was leaking. It was replaced for free. 4 years later I had problems again with the mattress, again leaking. This time I had to pay almost $400 for a new mattress. 2 years after that leaking mattress again this time they wanted almost $500.00 to replace. When I first bought the mattress it said a 25-year warranty. After purchasing it was a 15 year limited warranty. Salesperson never said anything about a limited warranty. We were very pleased with the service at your Glen Mills Store. Both Tatiana and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful . We liked sleeping on the different mattresses and bought a king -sized one, with pillows and mattress pad. The mattress will be delivered on Tuesday.
