Dave was fantastic! We had planned on just thinking about it, but ended up buying that day. Answered all of our questions and we are excited to sleep on our new mattress this week!
If zero was offered, I would have selected it. The over $10,000 bed is three years old and the air chamber isn’t working. Sleep number offers a prorated warranty for us to buy the chamber for $190. We have to replace it ourselves. We should have bought a Tempurpedic! Don’t buy it!!!!! We called store manager in Canton and they “can’t do anything.” He could have offered sheets on them!!! Ridiculous with zero customer service!
