Warning do not purchase from this store or Sleep Number they do not stand behind their product The mattress is not quality and is a waste of money! The adjustable bed/ mattress has a horrible smell and the company are refusing to refund! Customer service is not good either she was rude and hung up when I complained says that there is nothing they can do.
If you need a new mattress go see Luiz at the Sleep Number store in Canton. Absolutely amazing service and experience!!!!
Great product, great customer service. Alex took very good care of us. Just grabbed a king size Sealy hybrid. He basically sold us a brand new 4 thousand dollar mattress for way less than half the price. Hes delivering it to us free of cost. Will definitely be returning.
