If zero was offered, I would have selected it. The over $10,000 bed is three years old and the air chamber isn’t working. Sleep number offers a prorated warranty for us to buy the chamber for $190. We have to replace it ourselves. We should have bought a Tempurpedic! Don’t buy it!!!!! We called store manager in Canton and they “can’t do anything.” He could have offered sheets on them!!! Ridiculous with zero customer service!
Marty was very courteous and well-informed on the product. He answered all of our questions and we were very much at ease.

Edited from 1 star to 3 stars - I recognize its on us to understand the documents we sign. The staff were great, we came out of this having not understood the return policy. We bought over the phone and when we asked about a return cost, they said we would only be paying the initial delivery fee and nothing else. Came to find out there is an additional $250 charge for picking up the mattress if you return it.
