Below 0 stars if I could. This 8,000 bed started falling apart only after 5 years. Making my disability worse. It’s absolutely a horrible bed and customer service. Save your body don't buy!!! To be clear customer service is corporate office.
Bradley was super helpful, wanted a new bed but didn't know which model we wanted, after talking it out laying on a few beds checking out prices and talking everything over we ended up with the ILE 360 super excited for our delivery next week hopfully I won't need another mattress for the next 20 years but when I do I will be back
Chris was fantastic and incredibly helpful during our visit today. He made us feel welcome and right at home—never pushy or overly salesy. He was great with our kids and made the whole experience enjoyable. Chris really knows his stuff and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend stopping by, and we think he's a truly outstanding employee!
Love my sleep number bed and ready to get another. Rich is knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. Great product and process.
We did not get to the part of purchasing the bed. Our salesman got distracted by two young ladies and abandon us. So we left..
