I visited the Sleep Number Store in Jacksonville NC recently and had the BEST experience! My friend and I were immediately greeted and welcomed by the staff. Chris Cadieu was the salesman that assisted us. I went in the store with a set in my mind attitude and instead of just selling me what I asked for - he instead wanted to take a moment to allow me a new experience Sleep Number had added to their store since I had bought my first bed many years ago. The assistant was very knowledgeable about the bed and it made our bed shopping enjoyable
Chris and April were great! Very personable without being pushy. Chris did a great job explaining our options without overselling.
