Timothy was fantastic; extremely knowledgeable, insightful, and a pleasure to work with. He provided valuable guidance throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend!
I would absolutely refer friends to sleep number. The product itself is amazing, but good customer service is very important to me. The salesperson, Mary Jane, went above & beyond to assure the product, delivery and cost met my needs. It was really one of the best sales experiences I've had in a long time. Excellent customer service is a dying art these days but luckily it's still practiced at Sleep Number. Thank you!
Jenny from the sleep number store was super helpful. She was able to get us into a new climate 360 hassle free.
Jenny our sales person and Tim the manager were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They allowed my husband and I to take our time with the different style mattresses and even allowed us to use the app and adjust the mattresses. Any question we had was answered. They did not pressure us in anyway to buy the most expensive mattress. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend going into the store to experience the sleep number mattress yourself.
