Pete L is an excellent sales person. I recommend anyone who goes to the Westbury store to ask for him he was professional and answered all of our questions professionally. In doing so we purchased one of there beds while we were there. There was no upselling just sold us what we wanted. Thank you for your professionalism.
I'll start by saying that I was helped by Jenny, but all of the staff at the Westbury store has been friendly and helpful. Jenny spent a lot of time with my husband and myself answering all of our questions. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our choice of bed. I later went back and purchased a second set of sheets and pillows and she assisted with that purchase as well. Let’s begin with the complex this store is located in. AMAZING! Super easy parking and you can get a ton done. Excellent variety of stores within a small distance. This particular location was very well laid out. Was not cramped at all and I in no way felt “attacked” walking in. By “attacked”, I mean approached immediately by a salesperson.
