We had a very positive experience. Mario was professional and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions and concerns. He even laughed at my husband's jokes. We're excited for the delivery of our new bed!
I was very happy with their bed but after 8 years But. working with their service and repair dept. several times. Was costa,l And,more than one severas call for each problem, was costal and drastic pain!
Had a great interaction by phone with sales representative Mario Garcia who helped me tremendously, even with computer issues, to determine our families historical accounts, understand key difference between beds, get the best buy, placing my order, and schedule the delivery of a replacement bed (plus removal of an old one)
