Jacob did a great job giving us all of the required information without any pressure or pushing the upgrades. This is our second Sleep Number bed and we highly recommend.
Rachel was amazing. She was fun, professional, and not in a hurry to show me the variety of beds to choose from. The information she shared was valuable in making my selection She was specific in what I needed to do when the bed arrives. I had a sleep number bed for 13 years before I passed it on to a friend. I am looking forward to learning all the new things regarding this new bed . Rachel was so easy to work with. I would def recommend her to any person looking for a sleep number bed.
I had a wonderful experience at this location. Rachel was working with another set of customers when we arrived and stopped what she was doing and greeted us, let us watch the steps she was taking with the other customers so we knew what to expect. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the products. The outstanding customer service we received along with being able to test out a variety of different mattresses was a definite selling point for me. The company does the sales team a real disservice by not allowing them to work with the customer.
We received personalized attention and appreciated the patience and time to make an informed decision without the pressure of having to commit to a same day purchase.
