I am so disappointed in the customer service. Not from the store but corporate. You get 100 night trial. But don't be suckered. Bc at the last minute as you finalize everything they tell you the base is not returnable. We knew within a few days this was the a fit for us started the return process (btw we are at a month now with dealing with the return). After trying two different mattresses over the course of a year, we decided to try the sleep number store. Michael was very helpful. We never felt rushed or upsold on anything. It was very clear that his main concern was our comfort. We found two mattresses we liked within our budget. One mattress had a sale that drastically reduced the total price.
