The Salesman, Michael, was very helpful in scheduling our move of our sleep number adjustable base. He was professional and had great follow-through with his promise to get the job done. I would highly recommend this store and this Salesman.
Even if you’re not ready to buy, I recommend stopping by the store. Sarah was the team member who helped me and she answered every question so I felt confident about the bed and pillows before purchasing. She was very thorough in explaining how we could get the most out of our mattress and what to expect during the delivery. It’s been a very worthwhile investment!! I have slept better than with any previous mattress I’ve owned.
Such a pleasant shopping experience. Sarah was our associate that day and she did a great job educating us on Sleep Number features that fit our needs. She was friendly and I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing, the team was just genuinely helpful. It’s been a few months since our bed was delivered and installed by the team and it’s lived up to the hype - great sleep and the ability to customize based on your preferences.
Sarah was very helpful from the start! She is very knowledgeable, kind and patient! She provided me with thorough explanations to any questions that I had regarding Sleep Number beds to ensure that I was buying the bed that I want! I am so disappointed in the customer service. Not from the store but corporate. You get 100 night trial. But don't be suckered. Bc at the last minute as you finalize everything they tell you the base is not returnable. We knew within a few days this was the a fit for us started the return process (btw we are at a month now with dealing with the return). They send us products to try which were not solutions for our issues. You cannot tell me the cost of this base is $3400. I can buy this base at other mattress stores for unde... read more
