Lia was awesome. I had researched what I wanted and came in with the specifics of what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and kind. There was no pressure for an up sell. I did try 3 beds and ultimately did choose the one I originally wanted. The only disappointment was the length of time before my bed could be delivered. Bought on 9/6, deliver is scheduled for 10/2. That’s not Lia’s fault and did not downgrade my rating
