I was very pleased with the assistance I got from Kourtni at the Sleep Number store in Vestal, NY. She was great to work with both on the phone and in person. My fiancé, Tom was not sure about me spending so much on this sleep system, but once he got to experience it it in the store… he was hooked. Again I have to say Kourtni was fantastic and I look forward to dealing with her again in the future ( if I need to ).

Lia was FABULOUS! I had a FABULOUS Sleep Number shopping experience with Lia! I walked in thinking I was going to get the exact same Sleep Number bed that my daughter purchased two months ago. I tried that model, but Lia asked that I try a little bit of a different model for MY particular sleep needs based on what I need.
