I had a wonderful experience here with my boyfriend! We came in just bored and I personally left wanting a mattress. We had Alan help us and it was a lovely human interaction. He just told us facts and gave us demonstrations, just a nice human interaction which genuinely made me interested in what he was selling!! Big props to Alan at the Middletown Galleria Mall location

I purchased a Sleep Number Bed in April. The employees, Dylan, Alan, and Liz are excellent sales professionals with exceptional customer support ability. Dylan made my store purchase easy and his low pressure approach helped me make my choice. Alan was helpful and polite when I called with a question.
