Sumit was a great sales man. he was very knowledgeable about the products that he showed us and gave us time to think about our decision. He was very personable and did not pressure us. It was very easy for us to make our decision and we were thankful that he was our salesman.
I recently moved and when I stripped my sleep number bed I noticed a stain on the mattress even though I had the total mattress protection pad. I purchased the bed in Connecticut in 2016. I called the Middletown NY store and spoke to Liz. She was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. She was actually able to find my account from my purchase in Ct.She asked me to call customer support in case the problem was covered. I thought no way is it covered as I bought it so long ago. I had a wonderful experience here with my boyfriend! We came in just bored and I personally left wanting a mattress. We had Alan help us and it was a lovely human interaction. He just told us facts and gave us demonstrations, just a nice human interaction which genuinely made me interested in what he was selling!! Big props to Alan at the Middletown Galleria Mall location
