I bought my sleep number bed and love it & I’ve since purchased the curved pillows. Allan and Kathleen were so informative & helpful with my bed purchase. Dylan’s help was invaluable and so accommodating in purchasing the pillows over the phone and having them shipped to me. It’s so refreshing to get real customer service!
Sent a friend to this store for a sleep number bed and was very happy with their service. I also order an item from them and the service I received was also great.
Fabulous establishment in a mall. Walked in was greeted by Alan, I believe he might be a scientist in another life. Had a wonderful experience, tried out some different beds, learned all the science behind it. Ended up going with our first bed. Hopefully once it’s delivered, and we get it, and we will not be disappointed. To be continued…
