Save your money. After 3 hrs of use the bed caves in the center and the manufacturer will only do repairs after the 100 day return period. They do not honor a prorated refund after any kind, so you will be stuck with periodic repairs for the life of the product. Not woth the cost!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Snooze here in Rockwall! We really enjoyed our visit to this location. Adrian helped us find our dream bed, which I know we’ll love. This will be our 2nd sleep number bed in 25 years! We’re excited!
The bed did not fit our needs, we asked to return it and were told the base that was $3,039.05 is not returnable and non refundable. Not once were we told this by the Associate Adrian. We were told we could return it with in 100 days. It is in the terms and conditions in the smallest print of course. Very unprofessional business.
