Trey was very knowledgeable and patient when I came in to look at beds. He took his time to ask me what my sleeping problems were and to answer all my questions, which I had a lot of, and didn't rush me. Being handicapped this bed means more than just simple comfort. It's something I will spend a lot of time in and he didn't mind letting me try every bed and pillow for a long as I needed to make sure I was getting the right bed for me. Very informative and Emily was a great sales person. We went with the C2 and it seems to be perfect for our needs. We shall see after a few nights. Had one many years ago and loved it.
