We like the bed, it's not overwhelming, but it's good. The technology on the remotes is severely lacking and while the climate cool is essential, the feature is not fully integrated into the app so you have to use the remote control. The batteries in the remotes die each month. Not the end of the world, but less than I expect for a premium product. Be warned that their finance company is extremely shady.
