It's not often you have a sales person interested in your happiness over a commission. We were sleep number owners that purchased a bed out of necessity. A severe back injury and surgery left me in bed for the better part of 6 months. but we quickly came to the conclusion the bed we purchased wasn't for us. Great service. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. The price was too high
Worst customer service in history. I could not get this base to work. I spent 10k and have a working bed. Their support is grabage and the salesman is shady. You cant return the base even if it doesnt work. Take my advice and check other stores and never buy a sleep number bed.***update, no i have a problem with YOUR store. YOUR STORE sold me this, it doesnt work. I am now on my 3rd pump and furious i spent so much money on something that caused horrible nights of sleep, arguments with my wife and i cant return it.
