Worst customer service in history. I could not get this base to work. I spent 10k and have a working bed. Their support is grabage and the salesman is shady. You cant return the base even if it doesnt work. Take my advice and check other stores and never buy a sleep number bed.

This isn’t about the store or our sales person she wasn’t the problem. The beds feel like an expensive air mattress and don’t get any better 30 nights later, and it will cost you over $500 to sleep on this mattress for a month if you want to return it.
BY FAR Sleep Number has the WORST customer support you could possibly imagine. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! $9k down the drain!!!
No pressure sales experience with a lot of education! Brad did a great job of explaining the different models and upgrades for the Sleep Number mattresses. The purchase and delivery arrangement was easy, there was A LOT of communication via text and email on the deliver, and phone calls when they were on the way. Set up went well, very happy!
