When I went to.purchase my sleep number bed p6 I was told by the manager I would have zero percent for 24 months. Needless to say I was given a card for reduced apr for 24 months. I had to call sleep.number headquarters on my birthday and back and forth with synchrony and sleep number at least 12 times and still to this day it is not straightened out. Beware of buying from this place in the mall. I would not buy from a place that wasn't transparent and gave me alot of wrong information .
Diana from the Staten Island Mall location was very helpful and informative in helping us pick out the right mattress. Highly recommend her and this location.
Calogero with a super helpful Salesperson. Very knowledgeable, patient, helpful. If the mattresses are half as good as the sales staff should be great purchase.
Calogero and Diana were so knowledgeable ,helpful and friendly. They made my purchase experience wonderful. I didn't go to the mall expecting to buy a mattress and pillow but I am so happy I did. I would highly recommend them.
Diana was a wonderful sales associate. She took her time in explaining all the features of different models and answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to delivery day!
