Staff are extremely rude. No wonder no customers are in the store.
Mattress not even 3 years old. Hose to air mattress wasn’t installed properly and kinked. New hose was ordered and I had to pay almost $200 for the technician to replace the kinked hose. Mattress also loses air!!
They let you lay down on the beds to try them out.
im within the 100 day trial period and I wanted to exchange the bed from a dual chamber to a single chamber. well YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY $600 TO BE EXACT. What kind of trial period/return/exchange period is this if you still have to pay for half the mattress to get it right? BEYOND disappointed with their customer support. They take your $$ and don't care once they make a sale
