While I absolutely love the bed I got, the sheets are an absolute waste of money. Paid close to $300 for a set of sheets that didn't last 2 years. Bottom sheet ripped up the middle for no reason. I have 30 year old sheets from Kmart that are still perfect! Okay so I called the customer no-service number like they asked. Complete waste of my time. No replacement, no apology, no accountability. But at least it's 'documented' according to the rep.

I bought a Sleep Number mattress based upon the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law. The mattress hasn't been delivered yet so I can't comment on it. I can comment on the experience with the salesperson at the Westport Rd store. DJ was one of the most personable and professional salesperson I've encountered in a long time. He knows the product, answering my questions so I could compare Sleep Number with Bowles, whose mattress I was also considering. Very nice people and a clean showroom. The staff was knowledgeable and walked us through buying our second mattress and a headboard. We are sold on this product.

We were very impressed with our purchase experience and the wide breadth of knowledge and professionalism of store manager Kyle as to the Sleep Number bed and it’s health benefits. With my husband being in physical therapy at the time, he and I were unable to arrive at the store until near closing time. However, Kyle’s continued accommodation due to our predicament and later follow ups exemplifies his excellent customer service.
