Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the High Price I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others: the customer experience with Sleep Number after purchasing the bed is truly the worst. When you pay such an expensive amount of money for a bed, you expect high-quality support and service to match the price. That’s not what you get. After the sale, you’re on your own. The salesperson disappears, and customer service is almost impossible to reach – expect to wait 2+ hours just to talk to someone on the phone.... read more
