Brittany sets the standard for exceptional customer service! We were in the area in our motorhome and had significant issue with our “legacy” model bed. Brittany went way beyond any expectations I would’ve ever had in helping find a viable solution. She and the store manager, Kailyn, took very good care of us and even followed up to ensure we were good to go. I definitely recommend working with them. You will be well taken care of.
Mattresses are a waste of money and are not made well. I have had better nights sleep on a $200 Mattress which is crazy since I paid nearly $3500 for a pile of junk. Customer services basically not existent they won't help with your issues.
Brittany was very knowledgeable about the sleep number beds and made our buying experience extremely easy.
