Purchased a sleep number split king 15 months. Pumped stopped working and was quoted $265 for a new pump. Be weary of your purchase. Customer service was contacted and I was told they were sorry for our experience but that this is a random occurrence that seldom happens. So seldom it will cost $265 dollars to fix. The customer service rep went on to tell me how good the beds actually are and that we just have a fluke experience. Well we are 1 for 1 on a bad bed/pump.
We have bought a bed before at this location. It went well and got some big discounts. Looking forward to our new bed.
Bought a bed 1 year ago. The pump stopped working for 1 side 6 months ago. Ran the system test at the time and restarted the bed - didn't fix it. Life with work, Army, and kid meant calling support was at the bottom of my list. Finally got around to calling today.....was told my warranty ended on July 1 and I would have to pay $250 for a new pump - even though they can see in their system the test that was ran back in February showing the system was broken.
