We have bought a bed before at this location. It went well and got some big discounts. Looking forward to our new bed.
Bought a bed 1 year ago. The pump stopped working for 1 side 6 months ago. Ran the system test at the time and restarted the bed - didn't fix it. Life with work, Army, and kid meant calling support was at the bottom of my list. Finally got around to calling today.....was told my warranty ended on July 1 and I would have to pay $250 for a new pump - even though they can see in their system the test that was ran back in February showing the system was broken. Horrible! Miss leading! Never shared we couldn’t return our adjustable bed! In our 100 day trial bed had deflated 10 times and now one side won’t go back up!
