Our sales associate was an absolute gem, not pushy, up front with any information we needed and very knowledgeable with answers to all of our questions
This place has really changed. The two individuals that were there today were the most rude individuals that I had ever encounter. they are in a desperate need of basic customer inter action training.
I was told by Sleep Number customer service to go in person to a local store to verify my ID and then they could put the order through (because I had just moved - hence the new mattress - and so my billing address didn’t match the delivery address). Matt was our salesmen and he took his time in explaining all the beds and options available. He searched for the best deal using rewards and on sale items. He was very easy to deal with and at no time felt pressured to buy anything. We needed to buy a bed to replace our select comfort of over thirty plus years.
