Loretta was such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I enjoyed the moment we entered the store in State College. Very welcoming and knowledgeable as she walked us through the purchase and set-up process. We are excited to finally get some much needed "good rest" as we sleep on air. The store and people were super friendly, however it's been a year and now the bed does not work properly. I've been extremely frustrated with Sleep Number's customer support and their lack of accountability for a known issue with the bed. Initially, they claimed it was the heating pad causing the problem, so we replaced it at our expense, which only worked for a week. Then, they ran remote tests and inaccurately said we had two different wireless networks connected—this is nonsense, especially since I work in IT and know th... read more
