Great company and great service. Loretta was phenomenal and got us our new bed and took care of everything in the process. Highly recommended. Our scheduled delivery is next week. Can't wait!!
I guess I can't review the product because we never got it and were thankfully able to cancel our order. I thought it was odd that upon original order it was going to be 5 weeks until delivery. Then 2 days before delivery they push it back 4 more weeks. It should not take a mattress company months to deliver a bed. Have an inventory and get it to the customer. The people on the phone couldn't care less about the delay and then of course made it know "they don't make the beds".
Great experience. Staff at this location is super friendly and helpful. Beds are amazing you pay for comfort but it’s worth it.
