This location is great! The manager Rachel and her staff have always been so helpful when we call or go in to the showroom. We’ve purchased multiple beds here and are very happy with them. Above and beyond customer service!
I worked with Rachel at the Blossom Hill location in San Jose. She was amazing from the first moment! She patiently talked about the difference between the models and let us try them out. When I first walked in I felt so overwhelmed, but by the time I left, I felt very confident that I purchased the right bed for me. Since then, I have had to change the delivery date 5 times!
