ITCH, ITCH, SCRATCH, SCRATCH...Do not buy the bedding, horrible quality, trap in heat and not soft. Feels more like fiberglass, yuck! Oh and if you do buy them make sure you do not exchange for a different type. I tried two different kinds, the true temp and then the supima cotton, both HORRIBLE! Good salespeople and installer
Walking into the store, I was immediately greeted by Margrett, who made me feel welcome right away. She took the time to understand my needs and quickly narrowed down a few beds for me to try. I had only heard about Purple beds through commercials, but after testing them out in person, I was genuinely impressed with their quality and warranty. The prices were also very reasonable. I'm giving four stars overall to the company, but not to the store. The store deserves FIVE STARS, especially Berit. I was having problems with customer service (the 800 number). They just weren't giving me satisfactory service regarding a bed that had been delivered the day before that already needed repair, wanting me to wait at least a month out for technicians and parts on a new bed I couldn't use.
