Thayne was awesome, the presentation was detailed and impressive. We haven't received our mattress yet so this review is for the store only
ITCH, ITCH, SCRATCH, SCRATCH...Do not buy the bedding, horrible quality, trap in heat and not soft. Feels more like fiberglass, yuck! Oh and if you do buy them make sure you do not exchange for a different type. I tried two different kinds, the true temp and then the supima cotton, both HORRIBLE! Now I'm stuck with the scratchy sheets because the sales lady talked me into exchanging! When you exchange it voids out the 180 day trial!!!
