My husband and I had a great experience at our local Sleep Number store. The staff was eager to make us feel welcomed and supported. My husband and I felt comfortable roaming the store and truly taking our time to get the best experience possible to make an informed decision. After a lonnnggggg day of bouncing around, tossin’ n turning (literally lol) from store to store to store trying out and shopping for the perfect mattess, SLEEP NUMBER was the ultimate WINNER. It has EVERYTHING I need, and some. And more importantly a BIG THANK U to Thayne at the SLEEP NUMBER STORE accross from the Fashion Fair Mall in Fresno who made it very easy to understand and showed why this was the best choice. Good service, even when short handed. Was able to still get individual service with another couple being ahead of us. Gave us time to fully try out beds and settle on one.
