My Husband & I purchased a bed in September and had a great experience! The saleswoman was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and very kind. We knew what we wanted to a degree, but she took the time to ask questions and help us learn what we didn't know to make an informed purchase. As you know, their products are in a somewhat 'premium' price category and we really felt that we got everything we wanted for what we were willing to spend. Excellent service. I had an opportunity to try several of the beds before making my purchase. I appreciated that the salesperson was not pushy but yet, provided options and explanation.
The sales woman was very educated on all the features of the beds without being pushy. Very easy to work with. I left feeling like I was well educated on the various features and comfortable with the bed that met all our needs.
I was helped by a beautiful, youthful young lady named Sarah. She was very informative and professional. I’d go back there just for her smile!
My wife and I bought a Sleep Number bed a few years ago and we have loved it ever since the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had and every time we go on vacation we always miss sleeping in our Sleep Number bed.
