I needed to move to another place. When I first bought my $4,000.00 plus bed I was informed by the lady working there, if I ever had to move my bed then it wouldn’t cost me anything for them to disassemble my bed and reassemble my bed at the new location. That was one of the reasons why I had gotten my bed. But when I called Sleep number, the young lady working there said that it would cost me $250.00 for the technicians to disassemble the bed. The staff at this location is beyond amazing when my wife and I came in we had a thorough demonstration of all the product and felt like a valued customer and made our first purchase with Sleep Number and has been the best decision we have made.
