Will was very knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He is very patient. It’s obvious that he loves the product himself and is not a pushy salesman. Thank you can’t wait to try the bed out at home.

I bought the bed in 2019 and it has been great. recently I am thinking of moving and wanted to see how to best move the bed after going on line. The staff as it turned out that early Saturday morning was the person who sold me the bed. So that was a cheerful moment and I confirmed what was a good procedure to move the bed and store the bed. Thanks Sleep Number !
Very dissatisfied with SH customer service. I was excited to finally purchase a SH bed in May 2026. This bed of course required speciality bed sheets for the FlexTop King. One of the bed sheet sets I purchased was never received. I called the Temecula store, where I made the purchase, on July 7th to report the missing package and was informed it would be taken care of and reordered.
