I've bought all my mattresses from them and had excellent experience with them. I've also referred my friends and all are happy
I bought the bed in 2019 and it has been great. recently I am thinking of moving and wanted to see how to best move the bed after going on line. The staff as it turned out that early Saturday morning was the person who sold me the bed. So that was a cheerful moment and I confirmed what was a good procedure to move the bed and store the bed. Thanks Sleep Number !
Very dissatisfied with SH customer service. I was excited to finally purchase a SH bed in May 2026. This bed of course required speciality bed sheets for the FlexTop King. One of the bed sheet sets I purchased was never received. I called the Temecula store, where I made the purchase, on July 7th to report the missing package and was informed it would be taken care of and reordered. Went to try out beds and pillows. They were really great. I haven't purchased one yet but they are the best out of everything I've tried!
