Went in to learn more about sleep number beds. Worked with Tyrell who was extremely helpful. He was very patient and informative. I learned everything I needed to know and would recommend this store and working with him!
Not Worth It – Expensive to Replace Parts We purchased this bed in 2021. A few weeks ago, it started losing air during the night. Identifying the faulty part was a frustrating and time-consuming process. Even worse, the full warranty only lasts one year. After that, it’s a “limited warranty,” which basically means you're on the hook for all repair or replacement costs. Be warned—this issue could arise at any time, and it will cost you. Replacement parts could cost thousands. $$$$
