Val at the Palm desert location was beyond helpful! My partner and I went in there just to check out the mattresses, and we left with a new knowledge of what a mattress should be. He was very helpful with explaining the different types of beds they offered, as well as the discounts that come with certain packages. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
Worst Mattress. Started sinking after a year. I spent 2000 and they want me to pay close to 1000 for replacement. So much for 15 yrs warranty. My old mattress coat me 500 and last me 15 years. Money wasted. Worst mattress. Sleep Number Ripped off Piece of Trash
Jason has been great; he has stayed in touch for the last several months once I informed him that we were moving and that we would probably need a new bed. He had us try four or five different beds to see which firmness was most to our liking. We picked the perfect fit for my wife and I. He then made arrangements to have the bed delivered when we would need it at our new home. Great job Jason! Bill & Patty
