Jason has been great; he has stayed in touch for the last several months once I informed him that we were moving and that we would probably need a new bed. He had us try four or five different beds to see which firmness was most to our liking. We picked the perfect fit for my wife and I. He then made arrangements to have the bed delivered when we would need it at our new home. Great job Jason! Bill & Patty
I’ve been having back problems for almost 10 years now, and I was super excited for this bed, but it quite literally is a glorified air mattress, customer service isn’t helpful either. 5/28/25...Ed was our salesperson. The best of the best ! Clearly communicated everything. Ed knocked it out of the park! Hold on...... I have a 6/17/25 updated review.... yes, we went for a shinning 5 star review to a 1 star in the last 72 hours.... and I haven't even tried my bed yet!
