5/28/25...Ed was our salesperson. The best of the best ! Clearly communicated everything. Ed knocked it out of the park! Hold on...... The help I received from the store manager was reassuring and supportive.
Dishonest Sales Staff in Palm Desert. Paid $8,742.00 for a bed and Adjustable Base and told its all covered under the 100 night satisfaction guarantee. But the bed did not meet our comfort and sleeping needs. Had a bad install and the bed was noisy; then they fixed the defective legs under the base. But after a number of nights and over the 31 days we called to return but then they play the "name" game. Integrated bases can be returned but not Adjustable. So now I have a $3,299 base that is worthless. They only take back the... read more

The bed is great as long as it works. My side of our bed has been leaking air more or less since we got the bed. I originally thought it was a problem with the remotes, turns out the air chamber on my side of the bed is bad. Supposedly fixable under warranty. Which is prorated... So first I had to try and "troubleshoot" the mattress myself. When that didn't work I called up service and was charged 190 dollars so a technician could come to my house.
