I purchased a New Cal King ILE 360 Smart Bed in 02/23 from Sleep Number's Palm Desert Store. I recently encountered problems with bed's electronic reading system and contacted the Store and the Sales man(Val) I purchased the bed from. We had a five star experience at SleepNumber in Palm Desert. Val was extremely knowledgeable and really showed us how SleepNumber would benefit our sleep experience. As a couple we had different criteria that was important to us and we each had our desires met with this bed. We high recommend!

A truly pleasant experience. Val was extremely helpful. He treated me like family and gave me his utmost attention to what I was looking for.
Val at the Palm desert location was beyond helpful! My partner and I went in there just to check out the mattresses, and we left with a new knowledge of what a mattress should be. He was very helpful with explaining the different types of beds they offered, as well as the discounts that come with certain packages. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
