The bed is great as long as it works. My side of our bed has been leaking air more or less since we got the bed. I originally thought it was a problem with the remotes, turns out the air chamber on my side of the bed is bad. Supposedly fixable under warranty. Which is prorated... So first I had to try and "troubleshoot" the mattress myself. When that didn't work I called up service and was charged 190 dollars so a technician could come to my house. Daniel was excellent at explaining all the settings and features of each mattress we side. He was patient and attentive giving us almost three hours to try each option. Very satisfied.
I walked in and said "tell me why I should get a sleep number bed". Daniel then spent the next hour telling me in detail why. I was impressed by his delivery - I never felt pressure or that I was being sold something i really didn't need. Not cheap by any means but I think it will be well worth it.
Friendly, informative and not pushy. Daniel was excellent. Josh was a very good supporter for Daniel and us.
I went in to get plugs for the air tubes for my mattress. They are always friendly and the plugs were free, eazy in and out.
