Steven was great! Impressions in the bed industry are extremely important as you only get a bed once every 10-20 years. He was able to help allievate my anxieties and I was able to pick out an amazing bed. Thanks again my guy!
Almost 3 years ago, I bought a bed from mattress firm, felt like I was rolling in the hole. customer service was terrible. Took myself over to sleep number i knew nothing about their beds Daniel walked me through the different thicknesses of the bed different adjustments from firm to soft. I did not feel rushed and if you’re not satisfied, you have 100 nights. I feel they stand behind their beds. I am very satisfied.
The managers were very helpful trying to correct a mechanical problem no one seems to be able to help with. Fingers crossed after 5 months someone can actually get me help so I can use my bed properly. Waiting for response with a resolution.
We had a great experience at this location! Dan was professional, informative, and friendly. It ended in a purchase that we are still really happy with! Can't wait for our bed to arrive!
We had a great experience at Sleep Number in Petaluma, working with sales person Daniel Basich. He spent quite a bit of time with us and we learned a lot about mattresses, trying out 4 or 5 of them, and figuring out which one was best for our needs. Thanks Daniel!!.
