Jose was such a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about the products. He gave us such a great deal, All while training a new employee.
Jose Reyes, the manager at the store in Redlands, CA, was terrific! He explained the sleep number system and answered all of my questions. No high pressure sale, just excellent customer service!
Jose was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us a thorough introduction to Sleep Number beds, was patient as we worked through our options and answered all my questions as we made a decision on our mattress. He has even been readily available to answer any questions about delivery and compatible furniture. We look forward to working with Jose again in the future.
We were greeted by Jose at the Redlands Select Number store on November 23, 2025, he was friendly and knowledgeable of the product. He encouraged us to test them, explained the differences of each mattresses, went over how to program each individual side. We weren’t sure if we actually wanted to purchase a select mattress but we are excited and looking forward to when it gets delivered. Thank you Jose
