Jose was patient and knowledgeable. A fine experience.
Great experience. Jose is very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me pick out a bed without any pressure.
Waited all day for delivery only to be told they had the wrong bed on the truck and it would be three weeks for the correct one. Not a good start
Walter was great and knowledgeable…super friendly…only issue I had was with the delivery…delivery team was great and quick but I was told I would get a call the night before for a window of delivery and was also told I would get a call about an hour before delivery…no calls were ever given and it leaves the customer not able to plan anything for the day because they are waiting around all day until the product shows up…that part of the process was not cool…
