Excellent customer service! Michael (Broadway location) and Chelsey (Kinsey location) provided excellent customer service. When the mattress I ordered was not available, they upgraded me for free. They were courteous and helpful throughout the entire process.
Great experience, Melanie explained and showed us everything about the bed, types, how to adjust and what to expect . Very knowledgeable, professional and comfortable to work with. I give her and the showroom a 5stsr review.
Justin did a great job. He explained the sleep number options. He did not push but let us make an informed decision.
I was greeted and helped right away, they were very busy but I was in no hurry so once Zackary got me set up to try a bed I was able to try it without any pressure from sales. Store was nice and Zackary pretty much greeted everyone that walked in. I did buy a bed and base. I’m happy with the process. Thank you again Zackary!
Alex and James delivered our mattress and new bed frame. They were fast efficient and very friendly highly recommend them.
