Charles and Thomas from the delivery team delivered our mattresses. They kept us informed about the delivery and were prompt and professional. Excellent customer service! Michael (Broadway location) and Chelsey (Kinsey location) provided excellent customer service. When the mattress I ordered was not available, they upgraded me for free. They were courteous and helpful throughout the entire process.
