We always have a great experience at our Longview Sleep Number Store. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. We have a 14 year old Sleep Number bed that needed some replacement parts but after taking the tour of the new technology with Misty, we bought a new mattress.
Costumer service was great and professional they let us try every mattress in the store and answer every question that we had
Today was my first experience trying to find a mattress for me and my wife. From the moment my wife and I entered the store Misty made us feel at home and welcome. She explained the depths of customization of the mattress as well as the simplicity of them. We wait in anticipation for our mattress to be delivered!
I received the most amazing service from Brook at the Sleep Number location in Longview, Texas! Brook provided several mattress options and quotes to guide me regarding a mattress and adjustable dram for my parents. I could not have asked for better service or advice! Brook provided an exceptional customer experience!
Brook did a great job helping us. A little hiccup with the headboard brackets but everyone got it handled with no issues.
