Brent was quick to welcome us and truly listened to our needs and wants. He answered all of our questions and made recommendations. We upgraded our current queen sleep number to a king with head adjustment. Looking forward to getting our bed in August, we requested an extended delivery date due to remodeling our bedroom.
My wife and I needed a new mattress for our RV. Reggie was easy to work with and met us where we wanted to price wise. Time will tell how we like the mattress and whether or not it was a quality purchase but Reggie made the process easy.
Brook was our sales lady and she was FANTASTIC! She was very knowledgeable and was very patient in answering our questions. She was not pushy nor did she rush us in making a decision. Loved her personality and friendliness. Would highly recommend her.
ABSOLUTELY one of the best shopping experience I've ever had. Brook took the time to answer all of my wifes and mine questions, to explain everything in detail, and the other questions that just popped up over the phone. Would highly recommend visiting the Sleep Number store in Longview and seeing BROOK! She is great!
