Salesperson, Cece was very helpful:knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Very friendly and patient.
Katrina is one of one! She sold my husband and I our 1st sleep number bed in Jacksonville, Florida in 2022. In 2026, she is introducing our friends to the Sleep number state of the art bed and products . Her knowledge base of the products and professionalism are unsurpassed. I am not surprised that she has been promoted and relocated within the company. She extends her expertise to our friends, readily and remains the quintessential customer service provider. She is a crown jewel of the Sleep number brand.
Crave is very knowledgeable and helpful with my situation about my bedding that I really needed help on. My situation is solved and she got a sale. Very satisfied. .
Cee Cee and Katrina were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with helping us choose what mattress was right for us! They both were knowledgeable and helpful!
Cece was a great sales person and spent a lot of time with us. She helped us choose the right bed for us and we love it.
