Came in and was completely ignored by the only gentleman working on 7/16 while he proceeded to help another customer, which is fine but at least acknowledge our presence and let us know you’ll be right with us. Basic customer training skills are lacking here, especially if you’re willing to spend a lot of money it’s the least you could do.
Gigi and Ernest were very helpful. They showed us several different mattresses and were very patient. Great work in helping us find what we needed!
Very helpful and friendly folks. If you want to buy a mattress let them help you with the demonstration of their models. Many thanks to GiGi, Ernest and Hamza for a great experience!
