Aisha is the best sleep associate I have ever encountered. Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She will advise all available options with pros and cons between them. Love my new mattress and dual temp.
Buyer be aware! The warranty promised by our sales person was misleading. If you have problems with your bed after the first year, you have to pay a fee for a technician to check it out. Once the assessment is made, you have to pay a prorated charge for parts even though the bed is still under warranty. The service team member explained to me that directions would be sent for me to install the parts myself, or I could pay more for a technician to come out and install the parts.
