Mary Frances Kattak, the store manager, was very polite and extremely knowledgeable regarding all the different types of inventory Sleep Number offers. After shopping for a many different beds at many different stores for several weeks…. How she treated my wife and me, her excellent communicative skills and the quality of the bed we chose was the main reason we returned to purchase the bed. Scam store, will only try to sell you and not help you, also advertise false information would not recommend. Please find another company or mattress. Horrible customer service. Please be careful with this store.
