Good evening. I wanted to share my experience. Lisa Thompson assisted me and my husband as we decided on our next bed. She was knowledgeable about sleep number beds and was open to allowing us to discuss our needs and place us on the bed that would best suit us. There were several promotional offers and Lisa shared the current offered and continued to look for more offers as we considered making our purchase. Great service. Great products.
Bought a lift chair as I just had major posterior neck surgery. Was shown a few chairs and ended up purchasing one at over $3,000.00. The one in tried out was comfortable. My guess is the display chair had been set in hundreds of time. Called to see about returning it. The chair is hard, my feet do not touch the floor, even when lifted all the way. The knee lift is not at my knees, the head lift is at my suture line. They WILL NOT return unless we pay 25% of the cost. If we exchange we would be out $800.00. Last time for my ... read more
