I had a great experience shopping at the store. Stephanie was really helpful. I wasn't planning to purchase right away, but she explained the beds, pricing, options, etc. so I decided to buy.

Yeah not so happy with this place. For their beds being as expensive as they are. You would expect a little higher quality service. I told the man that I was getting away from a purple mattress because of the quality. They delivered me a mattress that looks like it was a queen mattress put into a king size outer layer. You could literally grab the fabric and hold it in your hand as I showed him a picture of and he said well ours wouldn't be any different. I'm like what?
